Good day to you!I am going through a very difficult stage in my OCD thoughts.I have a thought that greatly displeases me and it causes false urges that make me more down. But because my OCD had been chronic recently, I find my response to the stressor to "be down and depressed" instead of "highly alert and anxious".I can't fully enjoy my life or leisure activities, I sleep more than usual in hopes of relief and I used to be happy.I am worried that I am on the borders of depression because I am supposed to panic...but I am not even if I am worried and constantly thinking and feeling locked inside myself. My local town doesn't have treatment centers and I can't do anything about it. I feel like I should want to cry but I can't fully do it.Please, help me.
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
I have no local therapists, or they are hard to reach.
Assistant: Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?
No, thank you.
