We would like to inform you that if you feel that you want to get rid of life and suicide so it is symptoms of depression illness.
Symptoms include sleep disturbance and appetite, loss of desire to work, poor ability to concentrate, a sense of constant sadness, a tendency to crying, a feeling that life is moving without aim, low self-perception, a tendency to isolation, avoiding social events and finally worsening. Symptoms of lack of desire for life and attempted suicide
And the seriousness of this disease in the control of negative thoughts on you and the appearance of its symptoms, including sleep disorder and appetite and loss of desire to work and the weakness of the ability to focus and the sense of sadness continued with the tendency to the constant desire to cry and the sense that life goes aimlessly and low self-perception and tendency to isolation and avoid social events and finally symptoms become aggravated of lack of desire for life and suicide attempt.
The treatment of depression requires the assistance of a psychiatrist whose role is necessary to diagnose and assess the extent of the situation and prescribe the necessary medical and psychological treatment for your situation.
You also have a great role in helping yourself to overcome this situation by doing the following:
*Look at your problems and pressure that they are going to end sooner or later, but your role in facing them and looking for solutions instead of thinking about the problem.
*Try to get rid of your feelings of sadness by talking to close people or write on paper what disturb you.
*Change your daily routine and get out with friends and gather people and do all the things you like.
*Exercise more and do relaxation exercises which have a great benefit in eliminating negative energy.
*Make your day always busy and do not leave room for emptiness so as worries and over thinking do not control you.
* Regular exercise will save you from negative energy
* Get out of the house for a walk, buy some needs or eat in a restaurant that will improve your mood
