 depression which is a mental illness leading to feelings of sadness and frustration with the tendency to isolation and inability to enjoy life. The reasons for the emergence of depression are many, such as problems and pressures that we experience in our daily lives, or exposure to shock, or the existence of empty life without goals and the existence of chronic diseases, and the genetic factor plays a major role in the infection.
· A feeling of constant sadness, anxiety and irritability.

Thanks a lot. What should I do when I have negative or scary thoughts that just won't go away. Thoughts like running away or hurting myself.

We would like to inform you that ideas that occur in your mind you have to make sure not to reach you to the extent of obsession, which is the thoughts or images occur repeatedly in your mind that make you feel that they are out of control and cause you inconvenience yet these ideas have no meaning and absurd and usually accompanied by violent and uncomfortable feelings such as fear and is a waste of time and hamper important activities in the life of the individual.
You can get rid of such thoughts and brainstorming through several methods:
-Sit in a quiet place and relax and observe thoughts without being influenced by her and then leave her focused on the current moment
- Avoiding the apnea by taking a deep breath while keeping the feet on the ground and stop doing anything else and breathe deeply
- Try to change the scene, such as exit from the room, for example, and walk away from it or from the site where there is and find something new to focus on
