I am 35 year old female ... I just lost my father...

I am 35 year old female ... I just lost my father on March, I was with him on a trip to Austria for a minor surgery. He recovered well and was about to come back home to uae, all the sudden he collapsed and I had to return with him in air ambulance to Abu Dhabi ,,, to icu and then three months later I lost him. I was there for him all my life and I was three when he said goodbye... I can’t get over it... I became angry and I have a feeling that nothing in life is worth living... I feel insecure. And I am very afraid of losing my mum to the point that I can’t enjoy anything in life

We would like to inform you that death is fact and you must overcome this feeling of fear of losing your mother due to your previous traumatic experience of the death of your father, you feel like you are forced to think of ideas revolving around the fear of losing the mother
This idea tortures you many and disturbs your life and make you permanently distracted and wonder what the source of this is the weakness of faith or mental illness or you feel insecure or other
When you think about the source of these ideas, you find no justification or reason, and some black ideas dominate some people, including the fear of losing loved ones around them and suffer as a result of great and silent suffering, especially since the reality does not carry real danger or threat signals, such as disease and others
So I will give you some tips to overcome those fears are as follows: -
- Fear is caused by fear of the same idea that you think and not from an existing objective truth (that is, there is not really a real threat to those around you) so fear is not from the real reality but from being thinking about this idea when we humans think of a bad idea, Whatever it is, we try to kick it out quickly, because it's scary
- When you start to devote an hour a day to negative thoughts (or more as you want), tie a piece of (rubber) around your wrist, and if s negative idea come hesitate between you and yourself that this not the time negative thoughts, and say I now have other things to do
In addition to these procedures you have to follow a method called the method of doubt and logical dialogue: When you think of these ideas you have to ask yourself the following questions:
1- Who said that this idea is true?
2. What is the evidence?
3. What is the opposite of this guide?
4. Where is the law that says that my thoughts are true or that my thoughts will lead to these calamities that I imagine, what is my evidence?
- Will just an idea accelerate or delay something?
6. Will my excess fear protect my family and family?
7. Does my fear not protect them or vice versa?
8 - Who said that God Almighty must be afflicted? Do you know the unseen except God?
9. Can I delay or make something that God wants?
- Communicate with people from friends and family as much as you can
as loneliness and constant routine open the door to negative thoughts while being among people mitigates them
