Good Morning I have benn having these symptoms...
Good Morning
I have benn having these symptoms for the last few days. Feeling of confusion. I am able to do all my activities and remember everything. But I feel confused and anxious.

We would like to inform you that the feelings of anxiety experienced by most individuals as a result of psychological stress or problems that make the individual permanently thought of are the feelings of transient anxiety disappear away cause but If the anxiety is not justified and there is no clear reason and leads to the feeling of permanent anxiety until the person becomes controlled with feelings of fear and accompanied for many months It is certainly a medical concern and I will list its symptoms:
Physical symptoms of anxiety disease:
- Difficulty breathing and speed
- Rapid heartbeat
- Dizziness
- Headache and insomnia
- Dry mouth
Psychological symptoms:
- Negative thoughts
- Nervousness
- Feeling helpless
- Do not sleep or excessive allergies
- Difficulty concentrating
- Discomfort and tendency to isolation
So I will give you some guidance to get rid of this concern are as follows:
- Exercise constantly It helps you to get rid of negative energy within you
Breathing deeply It is a very effective and easy way to relieve stress on your self
Avoid medications that increase your anxiety unless authorized by your doctor
- Avoid drinking stimulants such as tea and caffeine
- Remove the sensitivity of the things that cause you anxiety and not to think about them and fill the mind with positive thoughts until you are able to face your anxiety
- Learn how to better use your time better
- Try doing some relaxation techniques every day
- Approaching God in obedience, where he rested and reassured himself
