We would like to inform you that to get rid of sagging abdomen after cesarean delivery you shall do the following:
-Exercise physical activity and special exercises to tighten the abdomen in coordination with a sports coach and without stress to the body.
-Breastfeeding the baby.
-Eat breakfast to stimulate metabolism to be a healthy meal and rich in vitamins and minerals.
-Eat healthy food throughout the day and avoid crackers and ready-made, processed and canned meals.
-Eat vegetables and fruits when you feel hungry between meals.
-Eat small and multiple meals to avoid feeling hungry and avoid eating a large meal that leads to inactivity and gain weight.
-Make your system rich in fiber, such as vegetables and fruits with husks, legumes, oats, bran and seeds.
-Drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
-Drink warm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning before meals.
-Have dinner 4 hours before bedtime.
