We would like to inform you that in order to know the reason for the non-arrival of the transfer, you must go to the bank from which the transfer is, in ordwr to ask about the transfer and the number and if it came out of the accounts of the bank, you must review  the bank that the transfer was sent to, to check about it.

It may take long time due to verification and so on, but you should check with the bank to find out the real reason why the transfer has not yet arrived.
