hello, i am 30 years old , I am stammer but rate...

hello, i am 30 years old , I am stammer but rate is very low, just i have problem with , B P T D G K started words blockage come while speech , i want cure it 100 % , what shall I do for that?
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
i am only tried my self by rasing my confidence , participated in speech competitions,
Assistant: Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?

The problem of stuttering is a speech disorders, the patient can not speak smoothly and fluently, but faces some difficulties, either repetition of a particular character or prolonged by a character, which makes the person nervous and very emotional and makes him drift in front of others to the degree of tension and has some intestinal cramps, thus, this needs the intervention of the specialist in speech therapy and speech problems, but in most circumstances may disappear stuttering after years or disappear through the intervention of the specialist (speech therapist or speech problems).
