We would like to inform you that Depression is a mental illness that is caused by the many problems and pressures that we experience in our daily life, or to be traumatized or having an empty life without goals without dreams without social relations that make its owner feel worthless:

 

- The feeling of permanent sadness even when those around you to try satisfy you.

- Sleep disorder (sleep for too long hours or for too few hours).

- Significant change in appetite may be increased or decreased which affects weight.

- A constant sense of fatigue, lack of energy and a reluctance to do traditional work.

- Anxiety of most situations and irritability of the slightest things.

- Law morale and feeling that life is not important.

- The feeling of despair and helplessness, which leads to continuous depression and crying

- Loss of interest in things were being loved and enjoyed in the past.

* Talk to someone close to you and tell him about your problems and concerns.

* Put a goal for you and make it written, as life without goals is an empty life and let you feel boredom and frustration.

 

* Organize your life and make a daily plan for all the tasks required from you, it reduces the sense of pressure significantly.

 

 * Get out of the house for a walk, buy some needs or eat in a restaurant that will improve your mood.

 

* Participate with one of the institutions in doing good things, as it has a positive impact on your sense of your importance in life and your contribution to the happiness of others will reflect on how you feel of happiness.

 

* Approach to Allah when you perform your duties, because Allah is the one who set the soul and heart at rest.
