We would like to inform you that PTSD is a feeling of excessive fear about normal things in life. This anxiety is excessive to the extent that it hinders the normal course of life, and causes a lot of stress for the person, and can show the person some symptoms such as intense horror, and obsessive thoughts and accompanied by symptoms.
Thus, it is one of the factors causing the emergence of depression, which is a psychological disease that affects the negative and hinder the functioning of human life, and it affect his energy and he thus, will prefer isolation and be distant from people. More problems will be shown with sleep and appetite and feelings of anxiety and excess nervousness will control him, he sees everything differently than before and he will feel that his life has no taste and no meaning, he feels that his life is aimless and worthless and his symptoms may worsen where he would think of suicide. Therefore, if most of your symptoms appear, it is advisable to go to a psychiatrist to intervene with medication and psychotherapy- Exercise daily in the open air for half an hour a day.
- Participate in new activities where you deal with other people and learn something new .
- Practice relaxation and deep breathing exercises regularly.
- Learn optimism and positively look at life by changing negative thinking patterns and adopting positive ideas.
- Get out of the house for a walk, buy some needs or eat in a restaurant that improves your mood.
- Talk to someone close to you and tell them about your problems and concerns.
- Look at your problems that it will not continue and you have to meet with challenge and patience, there is no problem but has a solution.
- Make sure to breathe calmly, take a deep breath and count for five and then exhale quietly with counting for five.
- Avoid too many caffeinated drinks as they increase anxiety levels.
