We would like to inform you that feeling of sadness is a condition that may be experienced by all people, sometimes as a result of passing through psychological stress and frequent exposure to problems and the inability to face them or be because of going through a period of emptiness and boredom and the absence of specific goals in life and It may also indicate a sense of sadness and constant distress without reason to the beginning of a state of depression, a state of frustration and sadness and accompanied by symptoms including a sense of malaise and constant sadness and excess nervousness and the presence of sleep and appetite problems and low energy and the feeling that life is going aimless in addition to the tendency to isolation and poor ability to concentrate and low self-perception and may worsen the symptoms until the desire to get rid of life and the emergence of suicidal thoughts, and in the case of observing the previous symptoms is recommended to see a doctor Here are some tips to improve your mental state:

 

- Put negative thoughts aside and think positively
