ive been depressed for 3 years and i need to take...

ive been depressed for 3 years and i need to take care of it and i have a really high anxiety
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
i cant go to a therapist because I dont have a credit card to pay them with and i have never seen a counsellor i tried everything read books and a lot of things.. I lost a lot of my friends.
Assistant: Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?
im just not feeling like im myself i just need some advice and I want to feel feelings and connect wiith my emotions.

Depression is the cause of many of the symptoms that you suffer like severe anxiety and strained relations and isolation are all caused by the disease in addition to other symptoms, including:

- Low appetite 
- Feeling sad and frustration
- Feeling unimportant to life and low self-perception
- Lost interest in things that were loved and enjoyed
- Pain in the body without an organic cause
- Feeling tired of the least effort
- Mood swings and anger
- Finally, the symptoms worsen, leading to a desire to get rid of life and attempt to suicide

Therefore, if you notice symptoms you have for at least two weeks, it is an indication of depression. And we recommend to go to a psychotherapist which also helps to understand emotional conflicts, especially those resulting from painful experiences at a young age. It also helps to cope with conflicts and deal with loss, separation and coping with life movements.

Here are some tips to get rid depression:

- Confront your problems and consider that they will end
- Talk about your problems and concerns with someone close to you or by writing on paper
- Doing relaxation exercises will help you to get rid of negative energy and reduce anxiety
- Go out for a walk and connect with friends
- Practice your hobbies and do all the things you love
- Trust God in which this will help with comforting the heart and bring self-assurance
