Tips for a good health
*Eat enough food for me as a person and for my body needs.
*The diet consists of foods rich in beneficial nutrients needed by the body.
*The diet to be a diversified one containing all food groups of milk, dairy, meat, vegetables, fruit and starches.
*Drink at least 2 liters of water per day / 8 glasses.
*Use dinnerware to suit the amount of food for each meal.
*Exercise daily physical activity such as walking 30-60 minutes a day.
*Replacement of animal fats with vegetable fats such as olive oil in small quantities.
*Reduce the consumption of simple sugars such as white sugar, and Arabic sweets.
*Get used to have boiled and grilled foods and avoid pans especially in large quantities of oils.
*Take dinner 2-4 hours before bedtime.
*Don't skip breakfast.
*Schedule meals and commit to them.
