We would like to inform you that thinking of suicidal is a symptom of psychological depression, a state of mental disorder and a feeling of loss, as a result of feelings of extreme sadness and frustration, loss of hope and despair and affects all aspects of life, where you lose the feeling of pleasure and enjoyment of life, and the cause of psychological depression due to the bad family situation and A bad father who lacks the deprivation of parental passion and attention, its symptoms are:
·         General psychological stress and a sense of physical fatigue.
·         Social isolation.
·         Bad mood.
·         Feeling distracted and lost.
·         Feeling tight in the chest and suffocating causing difficulty breathing.
·         Feeling frustrated, desperate and very sad.
·         Anorexia .
·         Insomnia or excessive sleep.
·         Difficulty concentrating and low energy.
·         Inability to perform daily tasks and complete work, and inability to make decisions properly.
·         Nervousness and murmuring for the simplest reasons.
·         Think of self-harm or suicide in an advanced and severe stage of depression
·         Physical pain without organic explanation, such as headache, stomach pain, back and abdomen.
·         Low self-esteem and vibration of self-confidence.
·         Loss of pleasure in life.
·         Feeling stress, anxiety and stress.
 
Treatment
1.      Psychotherapy:
Go to the psychologist and receive psychological discharge sessions by talking about feelings and directing you to get rid of this situation and how to deal with your father and approach him, and receive individual psychological support sessions.
2.      Cognitive therapy:
Cognitive therapy lies in getting rid of any irrational thoughts and negative beliefs, and modifying the negative outlook to a positive and healthy and bright outlook on life.

·         Take care to entertain yourself daily and spend some fun time.
·         Practicing hobbies and activities to drain negative energy such as drawing, writing, motor sports.
·         Participate in group activities, discussions and lectures to get you back into normal life.
 
4.      Pharmacotherapy:
You should visit your psychiatrist to assess the condition, dispense medication and follow up with him until you get out and recover from the condition.
