uh i cry alot and i dont know if its just me being...

uh i cry alot and i dont know if its just me being overdramatic like my parents say. i fight with them constantly and whenever i talk tot hem they make me feel inferior by calling me stupid or useless. i tried talking to them about it but they say its jsut a phase or that its my friends fault.
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
i went to my school counselor but my parents just said that it put a dent on their reputation because of me. i tried other. apps aswell but they required me to pay and my parents wouldnt let me

We would like to inform you that thinking is an important mental processes in the mind of humans is a double-edged sword becomes harmful and causes diseases and troubles to become exaggerated and excessive and become a person thinking in the past that happened with him or a lot of thinking in the future and in the imagination and non-reality thinking becomes dramatic and intangible in its events and ideas This may cause the person psychological and physical damage, including:
 
 - Depression and sadness
 
 - Severe crying and psychological distress
 
 - Failure to define the goal and reach a satisfactory answer to what is going on in the mind
 
 - Wasting time and opportunities in life
 
 - Feeling of headaches, physical pain and fatigue
 
- Muscle cramps and dizziness
 
 You can come out of those and help yourself to control thinking by following these tips:
 
 - Belief and internal conviction that the problem is normal in life, life is free of problems
 
- Awareness of the nature of the problem and identify it and recognize its existence and deal with planning and governance
 
 - Not to over-think the idea and load the mind is greater than its energies and filled with imaginary and negative thoughts
 
- Replacing imaginary and difficult ideas with realistic ideas and logical solutions that can be applied and implemented in normal life simply and calmly
 
 - Stay away from loneliness and crying and when you feel the desire to resort to exercise and discharge pent-up relax or sit with family and friends
 
 - Work to achieve self and ambitions and change the perception of others around you to success and highlight positive qualities in you
 
 - Determine certain times a day to think like determining ten minutes or twenty and so on and not leave the opportunity for the mind to think continuously
 
 - Works of self and distract attention to problems and think about them and distraction of self-works and do works loved to you and that need to focus and feel comfortable to get rid of overthinking.
