Hi i have recently been feeling feelings of nervousness and sadness which is very much unlike myself. I think it may be anxiety but i dont want to self diagnose because i think that that will make it worse if it is not. I also struggle with how im speaking because i overthink what i say and the sound of my voice i think itd shaky. This is also very much unlike how i usually am as i have a good amount of friends and am used to talking alot so i dont know what happened or what to do.
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?

We would like to inform you that sadness is a psychological pain described as a sense of misery and helplessness, which is the opposite of joy and similar to grief, sorrow and gloom and depress. So it is negative emotions make a person quiet, low activity, emotional, introverted and crying a lot. It may be for a short period or long, and occurs either to problems or circumstances outside the human will make it under psychological pressure It does not feel comfortable or reassuring and may lead to depression with no attempt to overcome it and surrender to it and excessive nervousness

Therefore, to overcome the feeling of sadness you must follow the below tips: -

-          Self-promotion to go out or travel

-          Exercise that works to discharge negative emotions

-          relaxation exercises

-          Silver to a close person, which serves as self-discharge emotional

-          Convergence to God obedience and worship where the comfort and reassurance of the heart

 

Tips to overcome being angry quickly:

-          Must know the reasons that arouse your anger and avoid

-          You must realize that anger does not solve situations, but more complicated

-          Exercise and relaxation exercises have a great ability to get rid of negative energy and reduce feelings of tension

-          Work to reduce the drinking of stimulants such as coffee and others because it has a negative impact on the feeling of anxiety and stress

-          Managing time and organizing the day well reduces stress and feeling of pressure

-          When you are in a situation and felt nervous do a breathing exercise (inspiration and count to five and exhale slowly and count to five)

-          Use the method of withdrawal from the place if you feel that you can not control your nerves and return to the discussion after the calm down

Finally, no doubt we need to express our anger, but expressing it wrongly or exaggerated as nervousness that leads to losses in social relations.
