I have 2016 Chevrolet Silverado pick up crewcap truck equipped with 6.2 ltr engine my question is why the speed is locked up at 160 KM ? And how I can take the speed lock/ restrictions off?

Yes since 2017 I keep asking the dealer to update the nav maps and thy keep telling me we didn’t receive the nav update from GM and on same time thy keep importing new cars with new maps so what I can do to update my 2016 map system?
