The process to quit smoking is to be treated of this addiction and it is difficult for addicted people, but it is not impossible. The treatment:
In case you are not an addicted person, treatment and quitting smoking should be in one phase without the process of a decrease in the quantity, but in case you are an addicted person then you should gradually reduce the quantity and the number of cigarettes you s smoke on daily basis, ask for help from those around you to support you and encourage you to continue quitting the smoking. Try to keep your hands always busy in order not to miss the feeling of holding the cigarette, eat healthy food. Keep rewarding yourself on the continue to quit, continue to educate yourself that smoking is harmful and that you should not think about it at all, and when you feel that you are thinking of smoking, make up your mind, keep yourself busy, occupy yourself and make your time occupied.
Avoid being alone nor around people who smoke. Then, you should intensify your sports exercise and drink fluids as much as you can. Stay away from any source that makes you feel the desire to smoke again. Do not get dragged into conversations about smoking. If your friends are smokers, ask them not to smoke or leave them and go elsewhere, replace the cigarette with anything that you prefer e.g. candy, chewing gum, or eat crackers to distract you from cigarettes and you also can use nicotine patches. It could be useful compensating the loss of nicotine percentage until your body recovers
