You have ti enhance your self-esteem and self-confidence. Believe in yourself, confidence comes from the person him/herself. You have to internally improve your self-confidence.
Know where your power points exist and improve them. See where and when you are strong and work on that. Put goals to your life and do not choose tings that overburden you. Always a plan would do the point in order to be successful in your future. This all will raise your morale and self-esteem.
Do not let anyone underestimate you. Be responsible and face anything and when you feel afraid, be strong and face it.
Take care of yourself internally and externally. The general look of a person always gives an impression to the people. Try to be an educated and read as much as you can. Try to be keen to know what is going in the world. Moreover, you have to practice sports to improve your health and helps you clear your mind. Try always to be busy and work, and if you go out with friends, talk about important topics and try to value yourself. You are the one who makes yourself
