A lot of people bear themselves more than they can do through constant criticism of themselves, and this blame may be one of the most important reasons on these a people in feeling lack of self-confidence and it reduces their capabilities, and this feeling is called in the psychology self-flagellation or low self-esteem, as it leads them to get rid of this feeling, so they resort to self-flagellation, and this is a clear evidence of lack of self-confidence, because they cannot recognize the strengths and weaknesses, and those people do not have the ability to face crises, and they are often not sociable.

Do not try to be someone else. Be yourself others and avoid blind imitation and comparison with others
Travel and gain new experiences if possible in order to be more self-reliant and not depending on others.

Do not focus on negative aspects, avoid the past and let bygone be bygones without feelings of remorse
Finally, know that blaming yourself and not respecting it will lead you to gradually lose your self-confidence and can lead you to many psychological disorders e.g. depression, so you have to abandon such reprimand
