In order to get rid of this condition, you must realize that the state of depression can be controlled by your will and your determination towards change, avoiding everything that exhausts you and focus on what brings you comfort and happiness, reduce the volume of stresses that are inside you, take care of your appearance, as it reflects beautifully inside you, organize yourself and your time to know what to do during the day, practice relaxation and meditation exercises as it relaxes you from the inside and sends comfort and tranquility inside you, change the routine of boredom and traditional life and add new things to your day such as reading, having picnics, make Sweets, writing and other things that give you relief, and do not give in to isolation but resist it to help yourself to get out of this situation as quickly as possible.

I’m trying, but I’m at this point where it feels like a dead end, I wish the negativity in my brain would stop, I can’t seem to accept the fact that something good could happen to me without any negative thoughts accompanying it or the fear of something terrible happening. I wish I could end this fear of abandonment but it’s because of my father who not only walked out on me but also made sure I suffer everyday, I doubt if anyone cares at this point but I can’t thank you enough for listening to me and actually responding ❤️

-Discuss positively and repeat positive sentences between yourself , as this leaves a nice positive effect in you.
-Rethink about your personality and your existence, and know that the more you trust yourself, the more you will love and respect yourself, the more positive your thinking will be.
-Exercise.
-Use a friend who is close to you and talk to him/her about your inner feelings and the cause of those negative feelings or negative thoughts in order to direct and empty your negative energy, with the need to set new goals for yourself and begin to achieve them in order to strengthen your confidence and cultivate your personality.
-Do the things that bring you happiness and ignore anything that makes you feel anxious, uneasy and pushes you towards exaggerated thinking and fear.
You need to help yourself so that your condition, your thinking and your depression do not turn into a state of disorder.
