Causes of sadness
Not getting rest, and then the body remains in a state of fatigue, which may bring you states of sadness.
Negative thoughts which control the mind.
Exposing to stressful situations.
Frustration.
Feeling depression, but with more symptoms.
Feeling work pressure.
Failed in emotional or love relationship.
Disagreement with friends or someone close to you.
Health problems.
Family differences.
You also have to change your daily routine, such as practicing unusual activities, do things that give you happiness and comfort. Also, try to talk to someone you feel comfortable with.
Eat food you love, take care of your outfit, be always interested in what you wear and dress, and plus you have to ignore the past, set for yourself new goals, be with optimistic people, reconcile with yourself, and accept who you are, contentment and self-acceptance of things around us make us stronger. Finally, try out to be closer to Allah, so that He Almighty helps you in your recovery.
