Hello I thought a lot before typing this, but I seriously think I need help because I have no idea what is going on. I am a 20 years old female, studying at college, independently functioning, no history of psychological issues so far other than normal human beings, expecting to graduate in 2 years from now. Normally I am social person, interactive and healthy, when I don't want to talk it is then my decision. But recently a lot of changes has been happening, I will be highly energetic thinking I can do my tasks in one day, after 30 to 45 min I am depressed and thinking how I am not going to make it. And this didn't stop here, it is been severe like daily 4 to 5 and even 6 times I feel like this. I love to talk to people in a moment and then in the other I escape from everyone and I don't answer phone calls, I even turned my phone off for several days while the normal me is chatting with her best friend nearly all of the time. In the last year I had a family and a major life problem which dragged me to experiencing stroke and depression symptoms, and in the late stage it dragged me to self harm, and this is the only event I had in my whole life to be kind of depressed and self harmed myself. Other than that there is nothing, and that happened and stopped last year in the exact same time, so it is been a year since that and that problem was completely solved from its roots and that's why I was healthy and social again. But I don't know what is happening right now, I am sick of this, cause it effects my life as a student and a family member and as friend. Please tell me what is happening, it is the first time I experience such symptoms and feelings. I am ready to answer any questions.. Thank you.
