I have a problem with my money that I sent in the Philippines, I ask for a Bank Account number where I will send the money but they have given me an ATM number. Now, they can't receive the money because it is not delivered on the Bank Account but only in the ATM. The receiver tried to contact that bank in the Philippines to ask some help and they told the receiver that the money I sent last April 30th has bounced bank to the system that my company deposited, how can I claim my money back to my ATM card?
