You can help yourself control your sleep times and overcome your problem by:

-Set the room to sleep, keep it calm

-Limit stimulants like tea and coffee

-Exercise and vigorous activities that make you feel tired and exhausted

-Bathing in warm water before bed helps to calm and relax the nerves

-Avoid sleeping a lot during the day, and regulate your sleep. Get yourself used to sleeping at regular hours, as this relaxes the mind and body

-Try to go to sleep while you feel tired and sleepy, this helps the body to relax quickly because it needs rest

-Stay away from psychological pressures and worries about you
