salary transfer service is an agreement between UAE Exchange and the companies that want to use this service to pay monthly employees salary, this service after the agreement gives every employee a card he uses it the withdraw this salary or make a transfer from his salary account.
an individual employee cant open a salary account without his company agreement.
also, note that UAE Exchange does not give loans or any other banking facilities.
