He started talking to me, he had feelings and I developed feelings for him too, he have a lot of female friends, and some want to have a relationship with him

It bothers me because they tend to stand near me (as we work at the same office) and talk to him, and he's not welling to do anything to limit his relationship with him, because they assume that he's available so they always try , and because of that and many other stuff I have a trust issues with him, I don't think he loves me as he says, so I always accuse him of not caring or love me, since the lock down we had many issues, the last time was when I asked to see him while he's near by one more time, ana when he answered he told me he will pass by and i got mad and accused him that he didn't want to see me because passing by is not enough and i wanted more time, then he decided not to see me and left, and that broke my heart, after that he stopped talking to me and i kept sending him and calling him, but the situation is not the same anymore, and i feel like I'm trying bs he's not doing anything to make things better and it's killing me
