Hello doctor,Last year in August I got diagnosed with insulin resistance after gtt as the results of after two hours were high even fasting sugar blood test was also little highThe lady doctor prescribed me to start taking medicine but I said I will do it with my dietAs my weight was also 100 kg at that time.Then I found about keto diet ,I started doing it strictly for three months, the fourth month I started taking little carbs like one slice of bread, very little rice in a whole day with my keto diet but successfully I had lost 13 kg by December as I started keto in AugustSo I came on 87 kg.Then in the month of December I ate sugar n all carbs as Christmas was thereBut my weight didn't increase till JanuaryAll these four months I have been taking carbs n little sugary items too not in excess but did takeMy weight is now 89 means I have increased two kg after December till now.Now I have started taking keto diet again, one thing I want to tell you that after last August I didn't go for blood sugar test.My question isCan I reverse my insulin resistance means to increase it?For how long I need to have keto diet??Which supplement do I need to take while practicing keto diet??Thanks
