Hello I just wanna ask. My friend made an international transfer to Thailand last May 28, 2020 using the liv card mobile banking. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to put the account number. Instead she put the swiftcode number. However its been almost over a week now that we did not receive any updates from both banks. I tried to call the nbd customer service but they are asking for my card number but whenever I will put the card number, they are not accepting it. I just wanna ask if what else I can do to trace my friend's transaction?

The swift number is not valid as a single number for sending and receiving money as it is the symbol of the World Bank branch and does not form part of the customer's account number.
