-Is that diet for the whole first month , if it is what about the next 4 months ? -This diet doesn't include any type of meat , can i ask why ? -And please could you tell me what are the best exercises which help in losing fats and strengthens the muscles of the abdomen, and buttocks as i've belly and buttocks fats or your preferred exercise app. that i can follow in my workout ?-These exercise should lasts for how long daily ?
