First the fault for the codes after check your porche cayeen via obd 2 device
1. The codes 0300 and 0500 is for the oxygen sensors and EGR exhaust gas recirculation.
2. The codes 1558 and 1579 is for the throttle it self .
So the solution is try to replace the throttle body gasket or replace the whole throttle .
