Banks do not consider the suspension of work for any reason as a justification for delaying compliance with the monthly installments incurred by clients, whether they are loan payments or credit card payments.
The delay interest is calculated on these installments, and in the event that the delay in payment continues, the file will be transferred to the bank’s legal department to claim the full value of the late installments judicially.
You can communicate with the bank and ask for the payments to be postponed due to circumstances. The customer service employee will submit your request to the relevant department and your request will be answered within days, whether by acceptance or rejection.
