if you are an individual you can't get the credit report for any other person.
but if you represent a company visit Customer Experience Centers provide a copy of the company’s Trade License and the signed request form (Download here) printed on company letterhead.
The name of the person signing the letter must be written in the Trade License as either the manager/owner/partner. The signature must be verified*(stamped and signed) by a UAE licensed Bank.
