We would like to inform you that if you mean that you have transferred the funds through an official or accredited body such as a bank or money transfer company, then you should go to this body to ask or take the transfer number for the question through the entity in which the money is received in your country through the transfer number.
It is possible that the issue may take longer due to corona virus, or there is a malfunction in the system, so you should ask to be sure of
the reason.
As for if you have sent the money through an unofficial party through acquaintances or the like, then you should ask through the people through whom you have transferred.
I would never advise you to deal with individuals on money related matters because it could be a monument.
