Symptomes and managemet of Yellowish sclera 
Yellowish discloloration of the sclera is a signs of raised bilirubin which is a substance excreated by the liver through the biliary tract to the bowel  and rise in cases of blood hemolysis, liver diseases and bile flow obstruction. the cause should be explored and treated accordingly. Other causes of sclera yellowish discoloration are related to fat deposition in the sclera and anemia and you should do the required investigations and consult an internest 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam you should do cbc to detect anemia, liver functions AST, ALT,ALP,Total Bilirubin, Direct bilirubin and lipid profile Total Cholestrol, LDL, TG and ultrasound of the abdomen to detect any sign of bile flow obstruction. Hepatitis markers HBA, HBs AG,  HCV
Causes 

• liver diseases 
• hemolysis 
• bile flow obstruction 
• Anemia 
• Hyper lipidemia
