Heloo Sir/madam my is Ane Unji I am 27 years old security guard in the United Arabs Emirates. sir/madam in the pass two weeks I have been having a slide pain on my heart my left arm at times pain faintly even the centre of my chest going to my back,last week I visited a hospital but my medical insurance could not cover a full cardiac test.The doctor after listening to me wrote down some drungs,did cardiac test and told me there is no major problem.after finishing all the prescribed medication I still feel the pain at times when I squiz my body I feel my heart pain sometimes is my chest I feel pain other times my back.please can someone help me prescriptions I don't have money for a full cadiact test thanks
