Causes and trearment of change in Urine color 
Change in urine color and frequency is a sign of urinary tract infection where the urinary system got irritated and the frequency of urination increased , it can be associated with other symdtomes like dysurea, lower abdominal pain and fever in cases of severe UTI, a urine analysis and culture is adviced to check for bacteria and the best antibiotic to use.On the other hand, some food coloring substances can cause a change in urine color. You should consult urologist if symptomes perisisted 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, You should do CBC o detect infections, Urine analysis and culture to detect UTI , and kidney Ultrasound to uncover any kidney stones and infections. Kidney functions should be done to uncover any kidney disturbance ( Urea, Creatinine)
Causes 

• Infection ( Pseudomonas infection )
• Food coloring substances 
• Tichomonas infection ( Greenish discharge)

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet rich in fruites and vegetables, drink plenty of water and avoid food coloring substances
