Symptomes and management of UTI 
UTI is a common disease that is caused by several bacterial infectious diseases, its manifisted as dysurea, increased frequency and hesitency in micturition, its best diagnosed by Urine analysis and culture before the initiation of antibiotics, in  case you took Fosfomycin without response you are adviced to perform a urine analysis and culture to detect the infecting organism and the best antibiotic to use, Test strips are ineffective in this situation. You are adviced to take Nitrofurantoin 100 mg tab four times a day in addition to Diclofen 50 mg tab once daily to reduce burning sensation. Consult a Urologist for optimal management regarding culture results.
Investigations 
You are adviced to do CBC to detect any rise in WBC as a sign of infection, in addition to Urine analysis and culture to detect the caustive agent and best antibiotic to use, perform US exam to detect cystitis and urinary stones
