what to do in your daughter medical condition ?
- stop ponstan forte
- continue giving her Tranexamic acid
- give your daughter iron and folic acid ( 1 pill of centrum daily is enough )
- for pain , give paracetamol instead of ponstan forte
what to do regarding period :
- stick to the mentioned above medications for another week , if didnt work , reconsult OBGYN doctor
- after visiting the doctor , doctor may perform homrones levels test
what is the possiable treatment option in that case ?
- in that case , doctor may prescripe progesterone pills to adjust period
