Hello doc, first of all I want to greet u good evening, I have joint pain and muscle pain if when I'm eating will start to much pain in long time hour, not it loss.. I don't know what happened, almost 2 months still I feel, thank and more power to u

What is the treatment of joint Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve joint pain :
  • Do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center
  • Medications such as Vitamin D 50000 Iu for Vitamin D-def or Calium according for your lab results
  • Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
  • Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
  • Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen .
  • Other medications according the cause such as Anti-inflammatory drugs for arthritis
  • You need to do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center if your symptoms presisted despite following the previous tips

  • Trauma
  • Vitamin d defecincy

Celebrex 200 twice daily 
Panadol joint 4 times daily 
Ch alpha plus ampule once daily

Thanks u dok, for wasting time to me, I forgot to telling u about my all pain, when I'm eating after I feel to much pain starting back going shoulder joint.. Thanks and more power to u
