I got a sudden pain in my lowe back which is really severe even cant turm myself on bed. Can u pl help me to prescribe medicine that can at least reduce my pain so that i can go to cilinc

What is the treatment of Back Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Avoid wrong postures and sitting positions .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen .
