Its quite a month when I get pain in my right side...
Its quite a month when I get pain in my right side of neck every now and then and also when i have pain.. sleep is not proper in the night and feel sleepy during the day. What may be the remedy?

What is the treatment of neck pain?
Painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs such as 1x2 CELECOXIB200mg or 1x2 NAPROXiN500mg
Muscle relaxants. If mild to moderate back pain does not improve with pain relievers such as ORPHANDRINE CITRATE 1X3
Topical pain relievers. These are creams or ointments placed on the site of pain such as PIROX GEL
physiotherapy
Massage with sesame oil
