Treatment of chest pain
the treatment depend on the cause , and to dicover the cause you should doing medical examination , at first if the chest  pain associated with  difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain there is higly suspection of angina or cardiac disease sush as MI , you should go as soon as possible to ER to counsult the doctor , and if the cause ches infection you can take Antibiotics such as Azethromycin 500mg once daily for 6 days and if the cause related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia like Paracetamol 500mg as needed 
Diagnosis
By taking full medical history , and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect inflammatin, and ECG and Echo to exclude cardiac cause , and mesuring Blood pressure and RBS , And doing Chest X-Ray 
Causes

• chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
• Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection , in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing
• Trauma
• stress
• Asthma
