I have open piercings on my face. There is no cure...

What is the treatment of open piercing ?
- its depends on the size , but if its small size as expected , then no need to follow specific treatment , small piercing holes supposed to close by them self , you just have to stop putting on the ring or earring and so on 
if the size of the open piercing is big , what to do ?
- consult plastic surgery doctor 
- doctor will do initial examination for the hole 
- doctor may ask for imaging test to plan the treatment 
what is the treatment options ?
- treatment option here is surgical option either by :
1. direct closure 
2. muscle and skin transplant from other areas of body
