can a small bon in between the ribs cause such pain ?
yes specially that it might cause  a compression to the nerves surrounding it 
what is the reatment option in this case ?
the treatment is usually starts with acetaminophin 1 g 3 times a day, nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as diclofen 75 mg 2 times a day, anticonvulsant drugs such as lyrica, muscl relaxant such as orphandrin and in severe cases the surgical option is considred to remove the extra bone ( which is called osteophyte) 
what is the diagnosis ?
the diagnosis is based upon medical history and clinical examination, x ray for the chest, CT scan for the chest and an ECG  for the heart to check if the heart has a normal functionality 
what are the signs and symptoms for such condition ?

• pain 
• pain increase with motion 
• pain in the osteophyte area and the surrounding area 
• diffculty in breathing and restriction due to chest pain 

what are the treatment option for the stomach pain ?
the stomach pain is treated depending on the cause but in general the treatment might be with ppi group of drugs such as omeprazole, antacid drugs such as gaviscone syrup and in some cases a surgery is needed if there is a cholecystitis 
what are the diagnostic tests needed ?
an ultrasound of the abdomen in case of cholecystitis is suspected, liver function test, pancreatic function test and an esophagogastroscope to chech for the stomach in case of gastritis is suspected or peptic ulcer diasease is suspected also the ECG AND ECHO IS MANDATORY BECUASE ANY STOMACH PAIN CAN BE CAUSED BY ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE SPCIALLY IN OLD AGE GROUP AND IN DIABETIC PATIENTS
