what is the possible causes of your medical condition ?
1. urticaria - skin sensitivty reaction ( food , perfumes , substance , medications )
2. autoimmune diesease such as eczema 
3. not using the suitable medication or not suitable medication dose 
4. medications side effects 
What to do next ? 
1. for now , use a topical steroid medication such as delor and continue taking telfast 
2. avoid any possible caused of your allergic reaction 
3. if the symptoms didnt get better or lasted longer than expected , consult a dermatology doctor as soon as possible 
4. doctor will perform some tests to determine the treatment pathway such as :
- clinical examinations 
- effected area culture test
- IGE blood level test - ( the normal range is : 0 - 300 )

- anti-histamine medications ( topical and oral ) 
- steroids ( topical and oral )
