Management of face plane warts 
Plane warts are a group of skin hyperkeratosis conditions that are associated with HPV viral infection, its manifisted as an elevated hard dry lesion single or multiple on the face. Its treated with Topical salicylic acid (duoflim lotion) or Podofilox .5% gel that should be applied with cotton twice a day for 3 days in a week then the cycle could be repeated for a maximum of 4 weeks. Consult a dermatologist if no improvement happened.

A proper physical exam is enough to diagnose the disease 
Causes 

• HPV infection 

• Actinic keratosis 
• Cutaneous horn
• Seborrheic dermatitis
