Melasma is considered a benign dermatologic condition of the skin that present as scattered dark rash over the face, shoulders and back. Its considered a state of over melanin deposition and its treated using Hydroquinon Cream twice a day along with avoidance of sun exposure and the use of Sun blocker when going out. Consult a dermatologist if symptomes perisisted

• Genetica causes 
• Excessive sun exposure 
• Dermatitis
