what is the solution in your medical condition ?
the right step in this case is :
1. go to pharmacy and consult the pharmacist regarding the availablity of those medications ( its expected to be available ) but in different brand name , if pharamcist accepted , you can buy them directly ( he/she may ask for prescription )
2. if pharcist ask prescription or you didnt find the medications , consult a internal medicine doctor , the doctor will re-establish diagnosis and treatment course for you 
how to control blood pressure or avoiding high blood pressure :
1. stick to a regular diet and health one 
2. loss weight if you are over-weight 
3. exercise in a mild range such as 3 - 4 times / week
4. avoid smoking or excessive alcohol 
5. avoid stress or over-loading activites
6. avoid the medication which cause high blood pressure as a side effect
7. if you have any underlying medical disease , treat it and stick to your doctor instructions
