Treatment of acne effects

 Firstly, avoid stress and depression as you can as acne effect is commonly related to stress and depression. You also have to avoid sunexposure and trying to remove acne places  by hands. Wash your face with clean water and medical sapon like DOVE or ACTIMED. Apply salicyclic acid cream twice daily on your acne face in addition to hydrocortisone cream twice daily for several days. You can use retin cream twice daily for many days
.

Investigations to do

You can do CBC to exclude anemia.Vitamin A and D level
Prolactin level to determine if there is increased prolactin level. Also you can ask for TSH level for thyroid problems

There are many causes like

• Stress and anxiety
• anemia
• Drugs side effects
• Hormonal imbalances
• Genetics
